Anna Silk

Anna Silk is a Canadian actor born the 31st of January 1974. Her most well-known role is for her role as Bo in the Showcase Television series Lost Girl. Silk was made in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter of Peter an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a prominent actor, director, producer, playwright and director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of going to rehearsals for shows. Silk was a part of a variety of commercials when she was a kid. In 1997, she received the degree of bachelor's from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was active in two stage productions prior to that, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was moved to Toronto, Canada in the month of November 1999. She then moved in Los Angeles California during the subsequent decade. Seth Cooperman was her future spouse when she first was introduced to him at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. In 2009, they were wed in civil ceremonies in the month of December. In April of 2011, they took their vows again in an Jewish ritual in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk had a child who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. Levi Aaron, her second daughter was born on the 13th of May the 13th of May, 2016. Silk is famous for her television role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was recognized by for the Gemini Awards. In 2009 she secured the lead role as Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant during filming the final episode of the third season. Silk revealed her pregnancy to fans during her Showcase Season Three pre-show special of January 6, 2013. On June 4 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced that production was beginning on the fourth season. Then on June 20 2013 Silk tweeted that she was back for work on the show. The CNN Cable News Network named her character Bo the aforementioned Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples the most cherished TV Couples. E! Magazine declared them the Top TV Couple in 2013. Entertainment Television. Due to the popularity of the show, Silk has garnered a prominent internet following via social media.
